It covers the science and physiology behind scuba diving, in addition to skills training to improve your water confidence. With an OWD certification, you can dive independently with another certified buddy at any time without the need for direct supervision by a dive professional. Upon completion, you\u2019ll get a shiny certification card which is essentially your passport to diving anywhere in the world!\n<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><ul>\n<li>Knowing your scuba gear<\/li>\n<li>Setting up your scuba gear<\/li>\n<li>The basic physics of scuba diving till 18 meters of depth<\/li>\n<li>Basic underwater navigation<\/li>\n<li>Getting comfortable underwater<\/li><\/ul>\n\u2026 and so much more!<\/p><br>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-requisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>10 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be medically fit for diving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Included<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><ul>\n<li>Transfer to and from accommodation on all course days<\/li>\n<li>Lunch on all course days<\/li>\n<li>Equipment rental, tanks and weights<\/li>\n<li>Course material\n<li>Registration and certification card<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><sub>The below itineraries only serve as a point of reference. The duration of the course is highly dependent on each individual\u2019s choice of knowledge sessions (eLearning\/classroom) and pace of learning. We highly encourage eLearning as you choose your own pace of learning and it allows you to have more time for practical sessions with your Instructor later on.
